A waterproof summer weight jacket that is non-breathable.  Designed as the name suggests for either a Rainy Race or a Showery Day in the saddle.  Can be used in winter when combined with ‘Tempest’ products.  It is tight fitting with a long tail to minimise spray onto the back of your shorts.
