Meeting at the Radisson Hotel on the Waterfront at 08:45, make sure you use the entrance nearest the harbour (back entrance). Coffee and Tea will cost you a quid in the charity pot, so don’t forget the coins.
Three groups of riders based on how much effort you want/need to exert will roll around the rock and finish at roughly the same time at hopefully the same place. Everyone is welcome, nobody is left behind (unless you are a dropped Leg Stretcher).
Rouleurs are a social bunch that ride around to the finish generally making sure that everyone enjoys themselves.
Inbetweenies are a more frantic group that stick together and ride in loops and squares around the route of the rouleurs so anyone can join in or dip out as they please.
Leg Stretchers just try to be the first to the top of the hill, the end of the straight, the bottom of the hill, the end of the road. If you loose sight of them then they loose sight of you and it is time to go to the finish point.
There is something for everyone and everyone is welcome.
